Kitsap Memorial State Park contains 57 acres with 1,800 feet of saltwater frontage with one mooring buoy and an unguarded beach.
The one-mile trail to the beach offers a sweeping view of the Hood Canal and Olympic Peninsula area.

Small launch beach at the end of Twin Spits road, no bathroom, limited parking; porta potty in Hansville. Nice paddles north to Foulweather Bluff or south to Coon Bay and Port Gamble.
