Kingston - 12th Annual Kites Over Kingston

KINGSTON, WA - March 30, 2019.  It’s up, up and away on a breezy March windy day!

Calling all kids and their grownups!  You are invited to bring/make/buy a kite and then set it a-sail on Saturday, March 30th, from 11 AM to 2 PM, Mike Wallace Park at the Port of Kingston.

If you have a favorite kite, bring it.  If not, you’ll be able to make your own kite, or buy one.  Expert kite makers and flyers will be on hand to show you how to make it soar.

In addition, there will be music, face painting, pin-wheels, bubbles, and food vendors on site.  It’s all kites, kids, food and fun!

Kites Over Kingston is sponsored by Kingston’s Windermere Real Estate office, organized by the Washington Kite Fliers Association, and presented by the Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce.  All donations go to benefit the Windermere Foundation, which benefits non-profit organizations and programs that provide shelter, food, children’s programs, emergency assistance, and other services to those in need.
